Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure client intake and referral of clients; Schedule, reschedule and cancel medical appointments and examinations; Invoice medical procedures in accordance with defined standards and procedures; Manage customer complaints and ensure they are forwarded. Contact customers and entities or insurers to resolve billing issues or claims-related issues.
Job Experience
12th year of schooling, equivalent professional technical course or degree; Computer knowledge from the user's perspective; Knowledge of billing processes (preferred); Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships; Results orientation; Dynamism and proactivity; Availability to work shifts.
