We are seeking a

polished, professional, and personable Hostess

with prior experience in luxury hotels or high-end hospitality. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience for all visitors. She will be the first point of contact, reflecting the brand's prestige and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Escort guests to their tables and ensure seating arrangements are managed efficiently. Handle reservations, walk-ins, and VIP guests with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate with service staff and management to maintain smooth operations and timely service. Provide information about the property, restaurant, or services to guests. Manage guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback promptly and escalate when necessary. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times in line with luxury brand standards. Assist in event setups, special guest arrangements, and VIP service as required. Uphold all hygiene, safety, and operational standards of the establishment.

Requirements:

Minimum experience as a Hostess or Front Desk/Guest Relations in a

luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle VIP guests professionally. Polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times. Ability to work under pressure during peak hours while maintaining composure. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium hospitality brands. Familiarity with reservation management systems and guest service protocols. Multilingual skills are an advantage.
