A premium fine dining restaurant in Qatar is seeking an experienced and well-presented

Hostess

to be the welcoming face of the venue and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will be poised, service-driven, and passionate about hospitality, delivering warm and professional guest interactions in an elegant, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism. Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow efficiently. Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus and introducing service staff. Maintain an accurate waitlist and communicate seating updates effectively. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their experience. Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback with courtesy and professionalism. Coordinate with the service team, kitchen, and management to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards at the reception and entrance areas. Uphold the restaurant's image of luxury, elegance, and exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or front-of-house training is an advantage. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a

Hostess

or in a similar guest-facing role within a

fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and confident demeanor. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Guest-focused, courteous, and positive attitude. Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications. Fluency in

English
