Job Description

We are seeking a

well-presented, courteous, and customer-focused Hostess

to join our team at a renowned

French cafe and restaurant chain in Qatar

. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Hostess plays a key role in delivering a warm and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating process Provide menus and introduce the concept of the restaurant to new guests Coordinate with the service and kitchen team to manage table availability and wait times Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with take-away orders or bookings Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house/reception area Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary Support daily operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirement:

Previous experience as a

Hostess or in a customer-facing role

in the

F&B / hospitality industry

(experience in premium or French concept restaurants is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presentable, professional appearance and confident demeanor Ability to handle guest requests and manage reservations efficiently Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus) Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Transferable visa with NOC is mandatory

Valid Health Certificate
