Description:

We are seeking an experienced Hostess to join our team at Terracotta, a fine dining establishment known for its exceptional service and elegant atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and experience managing tables and reservations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

- Manage reservations and ensure proper table allocation to maximize seating efficiency.

- Maintain an organized seating chart and waitlist.

- Provide guests with menus and inform them of daily specials.

- Collaborate with servers and management to ensure smooth dining experiences.

- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Hostess in a fine dining restaurant is required.

- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and table management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.
