DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage in-person and telephone guests' inquiries, customer service requests, and reservation bookings.

Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly manner Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service. Helping out with other position in the restaurant as needed Providing great customer service
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
