Responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing bookings efficiently, and maximizing revenue through professional and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant bookings and guest confirmations.
Welcome guests according to company standards.
Coordinate with management to optimize table allocation and revenue.
Handle one service station including opening/closing duties.
Place orders using Micros system.
Follow hygiene, safety, and Fire Life Safety (FLS) policies.
Attend trainings and follow company grooming and conduct standards.
Report incidents and cooperate in emergency procedures.
Support team tasks and complete duties assigned by managers.
Self-Management:
Adhere to company rules, time policies, and grooming standards.
Participate in development programs.
Demonstrate awareness of safety, health, and emergency protocols.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
