What You Will Achieve

You will be creating the

"first-impression"

of our guests by:

Scheduling reservations for guests in advance and as they arrive at the restaurant Greeting guests as the arrive and escorting them to their seats Directing the dining room personnel on customer needs to ensure customers receive fast and

quality service

from the moment they arrive Ensuring that table plan is arranged according to guests' needs and preferences Providing immediate solutions for any customer complaint or demand Obeying all standards regarding

customer satisfaction, food safety, service quality, labor health

; and informing your managers if any risk arises

Who Are You?

You have minimum 2-3 years of experience in F&B or hospitality sector preferably in similar position You're highly

customer-focused

and you see any complaint as an opportunity to provide a better experience to your guests You can work in a high-paced environment, and you know how to make each guest feel

"special"

in all circumstances You have excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic You're mature, patient and confident You have a friendly yet professional communication style You have ability to work in a fast paced environment
