Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all guests in a professional and courteous manner
Manage and coordinate reservations and table seating plans
Guide guests to their tables and ensure a seamless arrival experience
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the hostess desk and lobby area
Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and support the service team as needed
Communicate guest preferences and important information to the F&B team
Uphold the brand's luxury service standards at all times
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in
Hospitality, Hotel Management
, or a related field (preferred)
2-3 years of experience
in a
luxury hotel, fine dining, or high-end resort environment
Fluent in English and Arabic
(additional languages are a plus)
Excellent communication skills, confident presence, and polished appearance
Ability to multitask and manage guest flow in a high-volume setting
Knowledge of
fine dining service etiquette
and
basic food hygiene
is advantageous
Candidates currently based in Qatar
with valid QID and transferable visa are
strongly preferred
