As the first point of contact for guests, you will deliver an exceptional welcome experience that reflects the elegance and innovation of one of the world's most celebrated dining destinations. You will manage guest seating, reservations, and communication with professionalism and warmth, ensuring every visit begins and ends with world-class hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a seamless and refined first impression.
• Manage reservations, guest lists, and seating arrangements in line with restaurant standards.
• Communicate wait times and accommodate special requests efficiently and courteously.
• Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout the dining journey.
• Coordinate with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth table turnover and guest flow.
• Maintain an organized and elegant reception area reflecting the brand's premium image.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, or feedback professionally and effectively.
• Monitor and update booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely information flow.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of the front-of-house area before and after service.
• Uphold Atlantis The Royal's values of excellence, warmth, and attention to detail.

Ideal Profile

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hostess or Guest Relations Associate in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
• Previous international or Michelin-star experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished and confident demeanor.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of reservation systems such as OpenTable or SevenRooms preferred.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
