Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.
Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are clean, well-presented, and reset for the next guests.
Upsell menu items, promotions, and special offers.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Work closely with the team to deliver seamless service.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a hostess/waitress in hospitality or F&B is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and guest-oriented personality.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Well-groomed and presentable at all times.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
