An amazing opportunity has opened up for talented Hostess in our signature Chinese restaurant set within a hotel that fuses Arabian hospitality with world-class luxury. The successful applicant will be outgoing and will always make a great first impression with the guests.



What are we looking for?



Outgoing.

Excellent Communicator.

Proficiency in Mandarine will be an added advantage.

Ability to put patrons at ease and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Passion for driving exceptional levels of customer service.

Presentable & well groomed.

Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.

What will you do?



Welcome guests in a cheery, welcoming manner.

Handle guest queries/complaints.

Remain aware of incoming VIP's/ Special Guests.

Handle incoming calls on service phone promptly.

Maintain Positive Guest Relations.

Accommodate guest requests for change courteously.

Assist team members where possible.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one kilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland. The hotel is conveniently located next to a souk, offering a variety of shops under one roof. It is only a ten-minute drive.
