An amazing opportunity has opened up in our fine dining French restaurant Bord Eau. The successful applicant will be outgoing and always make a great first impression, making sure all our guests have the most curated, luxury and enjoyable experience that Shangri-La has to offer. Bord Eau is a classical French cuisine elevated by the very best produce. Artfully plated dishes paired with the finest wines promise a meal to remember at this Louis XIII decor inspired restaurant.

• Ability to handle multiple guest queries efficiently.

What will you do?

• Welcome guests in a cheery, welcoming manner.
• Handle guest queries/complaints.
• Remain aware of incoming VIP's/Special Guests.
• Take incoming calls on Bord Eau restaurant service phone promptly.
• Maintain Positive Guest Relations.
• Accomodate guest requests for change curteously.
• Assist Bord Eau team & other Shangri-La colleagues where possible.

The hotel comprises 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style. To meet the needs of long-staying guests, the hotel offers 161 fully-furnished spacious serviced apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom units. The hotel is located within the acclaimed Qaryat Al Beri complex, on a one-kilometre stretch of private beach overlooking the strait that separates Abu Dhabi Island from the mainland. The hotel is conveniently located next to a souk, offering a variety of shops under one roof. It is only a ten-minute drive.
