Love Vibe Cafe is seeking a warm, welcoming, and professional female Hostess cum waitress with fluency in Arabic to join our dynamic team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for customer service and creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area.
Assist in providing menu recommendations and answering guest inquiries.
Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service.
Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns professionally.
Uphold the highest standards of personal appearance and hygiene in line with the restaurant's image.
Requirements:
Female candidate with fluency in Arabic and English.
Previous experience as a hostess or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
