Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate seating in a timely and organized manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, a pleasant demeanor, and the ability to create a positive first impression for our guests.

Location: Al Ain

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Manage reservations and waitlists using the booking system Maintain a clean and organized reception area Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth operations Provide menus and answer basic questions about the venue

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and attitude Ability to remain calm under pressure Prior experience in hospitality is a plus More prefer for Immediate joiner.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
