Job Description

A Hostess greets and seats guests in a friendly and professional manner, manages reservations, and ensures smooth guest flow in the dining area. She maintains a welcoming atmosphere and supports overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant Coordinate seating to ensure even table distribution Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area Assist with menu distribution and guest inquiries Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff regarding guest needs

Qualifications:

Prior experience in F&B industry.

Able to join immediately

Willing to work and relocate in Al Ain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
