Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, and multilingual

Hostess

to lead our team. As the face of the restaurant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring the highest standard of hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally Assign tables and guide guests to their seats Coordinate closely with the service team for smooth operations Handle basic guest inquiries and concerns with a positive attitude Maintain a clean, organized host/hostess station Prepare simple reports on daily reservations and guest flow

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality Friendly and approachable personality Good communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus) Presentable appearance and professional demeanor Willingness to learn and take initiative Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed A team player who can handle guest facing tasks confidently
