Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused

Hostesses

to join our team in our branches located at Abu Dhabi and Dubai branches.

Experience Required:

-Minimum 1 to 2 years previous UAE experience required

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

.-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team player mentality

.Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive with a warm and friendly attitude.

- Guide guests to their tables and provide them with menus.

- Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage waitlists efficiently.

Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

- Collaborate with servers and other staff to maintain smooth seating flow and guest satisfaction.

- Uphold restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a high standard of service.

- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
