Job Description

Responsibilities-

Assist with meeting, greeting, and seating restaurant guests. Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service Engaging with guests to ensure they're happy with food and service. Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them. Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Helping out with other positions in the restaurant as needed. Providing great customer service.

Skills-

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff. Being fluent in English and Arabic. Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operation preferably in a similar quality hotel A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
