Key Responsibilities:

Warmly greet guests with enthusiasm. Present, explain, and promote the menu, including specials, ingredients, preparation methods, and cultural context. Proactively upsell premium dishes, chef's specials, signature drinks, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and boost revenue. Make confident, thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary needs. Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal and anticipate their needs proactively. Handle complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary. Embody and express the spirit of the theme through language, tone, energy, and style of service. Maintain full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including allergens and dietary options. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Assist in table setting and resetting according to restaurant standards. Maintain a clean and organized service area. Uphold hygiene and grooming standards and wear the designated themed uniform with pride.
