Key Responsibilities:
Guest Reception & Hospitality
- Greet all clients and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Provide a premium first impression that reflects the brand's luxury standards.
- Manage the guest waiting area to ensure comfort, cleanliness, and organization.
- Direct guests to sales advisors, service personnel, or relevant departments.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages in line with brand presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and refreshment area.
- Monitor inventory of coffee supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
- Support showroom staff with light administrative duties such as scheduling or event preparation.
- Assist with hospitality during dealership events and VIP visits.
