The purpose of the role is to prepare, facilitate, coordinate and administer access management systems for Serco staff at the Military Base where the MELABS contract operates.

Key accountabilities Management of base access passes and processes Stakeholder relations Ensuring Serco and its subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 staff are appropriately cleared for access to specified Military Compounds , as required Development, implementation, and ongoing management of the Base Access SOP including a BaseAccess Register and Liaison with HN Security Forces Perform duties as assigned by the Contract Service Delivery Manager.

What we are looking for in our candidates: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in an easily understood format. In-depth ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems. Ability to liaise with UAE Military GHQ Ability to understand complex systems and possess good IT skills Flexibility and attention to detail Good judgement and decision-making skills

Specific requirements Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in relevant field Familiarity with UAE military base security processes and procedures; Knowledge and understanding of process and requirements for gaining base access for contractor staff and subcontractors Six Sigma certification is a preference (Yellow Belt/Green Belt/Black Belt).
