We are looking for a friendly and well-presented
Host/Hostess
to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this role, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, and support smooth front-of-house operations.Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists Seat guests efficiently and provide menus Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow Handle guest inquiries in person and over the phone Maintain a clean and organized reception area
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professional appearance Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
