Our client is an exciting new Cafe & Restaurant opening very soon and will be a vibrant addition in the dining scene in Jumeirah.
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Hosts/Hostesses to join the team and help create memorable dining experiences for guests.
As the Host/Hostess, you will be \xef\xbb\xbfresponsible for delivering friendly and efficient customer service by creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers, answering telephone calls, taking reservations, and managing the efficient and timely seating of customers to maximize customer satisfaction and retain and attract new customers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
- Engage potential customers, creating an inviting atmosphere.
- Manage guest flow to optimize seating and reduce wait times.
- Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and maintain an accurate log.
- Respond to guest inquiries about restaurant functions and services.
- Accommodate special seating requests and open doors for guests.
- Escort and welcome guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with waitstaff to set up tables and present menus.
- Inform guests of wait times and handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Promote daily specials, maintain cleanliness, and gather feedback for improvement.
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
