Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Visiting operating location and conduct training for all employee \xc2\xb7 Gap analysis and Preparing reports to deliver quality of service \xc2\xb7 Liaising with existing staff to clarify job descriptions and related expectations. \xc2\xb7 Studying and contributing to the operations and climate of our company. \xc2\xb7 Drafting instructional manuals, onboarding materials, and other relevant documentation. \xc2\xb7 Administering regular, detailed needs assessments to identify skills deficits. \xc2\xb7 Orienting new hires to their function within the grand scheme, as well as established company norms. \xc2\xb7 Addressing skills deficits through tailored in-house training. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating external training as the need arises. \xc2\xb7 Monitoring staffs\' performance by liaising with line managers and department heads. \xc2\xb7 Availing yourself as a sounding board for all employees with the explicit aim of improving their orientation and training. \xc2\xb7 Upholding confidentiality, unless legally mandated to do otherwise. Qualifications & Skills: \xc2\xb7 Graduate / Post Graduate or Equivalent degree in hospitality management, public relations, Event management, or a similar field. \xc2\xb7 Excellent Communication and marketing skills. \xc2\xb7 Qualification in Instruction and/or learning design is advantageous. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrable experience as a training officer. \xc2\xb7 Proven track record of boosting company growth through training. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking software and indices. \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures. \xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication. \xc2\xb7 Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments to gauge training needs. \xc2\xb7 Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation, and reporting skills. \xc2\xb7 Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition. Experience:
Should have 4-6 year\xe2\x80\x99s prior experience as training Manager or similar role Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
