Lecturer will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic instruction, developing curriculum, and supporting student learning and professional growth in the fields of hospitality and tourism management.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lectures, practical sessions, and workshops in hospitality and tourism-related courses.
Develop course materials, lesson plans, assessments, and learning resources aligned with academic standards.
Monitor student progress, provide academic guidance, and support student success.
Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, and practical projects.
Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
Facilitate industry exposure activities such as internships, guest lectures, field trips, and events.
Participate in departmental meetings, quality assurance processes, and accreditation requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Support research, community engagement, and academic initiatives of the institution.
Ensure classroom management and adherence to institutional policies and professional conduct.
Qualifications & Requirements
Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field
Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in higher education or relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations, tourism management, customer service, and related disciplines.
Familiarity with modern teaching methods, educational technologies, and LMS platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students toward academic and career success.
Industry certifications or professional affiliations

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
