Job Description

Hospitality Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation and reporting across multiple properties within the region. This role plays a key part in ensuring financial consistency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Key Job Responsibilities:





Manages regional consolidation and financial reporting. Standardize financial policies and templates across all properties. Supports internal audit and ensure compliance. Coordinates with property-level finance teams to ensure accurate reporting. Reviews monthly P&L statements in detail and identify spending strategies. Ensures all hotels follow USALI standards and a uniform chart of accounts. Balance sheet review and cash management. Coordinate with Procurement to review processes and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 5-8 years' experience in financial management, preferably in hospitality. Strong knowledge of USALI standards and multi-property financial consolidation. * Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
