Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times. Assist in managing guest inquiries and requests efficiently to ensure complete satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to uphold our high standards of hygiene and presentation. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service across various hotel departments. Handle food and beverage service as needed, ensuring quality and prompt delivery. Support events and special functions by assisting with setup, guest needs, and breakdown. Adhere to all health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures. Contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a passion for guest satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Strong team player who is proactive and able to work independently when needed. Physical stamina to handle long hours on foot and occasional lifting tasks. Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service quality. Deployment location to luxury hotels.

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,700.00 per month
