Identify and approach potential clients within the HORECA segment.
Present and promote our product portfolio (Pastry & Gelato).
Negotiate contracts and close profitable deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, quality service, and adequate stock availability for clients.
? Client Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with key customers.
Maintain regular communication and provide outstanding after-sales support.
Ensure daily route plans, conduct market & customer visits, industry events or exhibitions.
? Market & Performance
Monitor competitor activities, upselling strategies, seasonal campaigns and market trends.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
? Proven experience in HORECA/B2B Sales (especially with coffee shops & restaurants).
? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
? Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about Pastry's & Gelato
?Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
? A valid driving license.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
