As a Sales Executive - HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the food service industry. Your primary goal is to expand the company's market share by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring our products are the first choice for chefs, procurement managers, and F&B directors.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Proactively identify and acquire new B2B clients across the HORECA sector, including fine dining restaurants, hotel chains, cafes, and industrial catering units.
Relationship Management:
Build long-term, consultative relationships with key decision-makers (Executive Chefs, F&B Managers, and Purchasing Officers).
Product Expertise:
Conduct professional product demonstrations and tastings to showcase quality, versatility, and cost-effectiveness.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging culinary shifts to provide actionable feedback to the marketing and product teams.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and cold calling to negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.
Forecasting & Reporting:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales forecasts in the CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
RequirementsEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
Experience:
2-5 years of proven sales experience specifically within the HORECA or FMCG sector.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, presentation, and "solution-selling" abilities.
Network:
An existing database or strong network of contacts within the local F&B industry.
Mobility:
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
