HoReCa - Food Service Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts across hotels, restaurants, and catering clients in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development within the HoReCa segment across the UAE Build and maintain strong relationships with F&B managers, procurement teams, and hospitality decision-makers Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through proactive outreach and networking Develop customized proposals, pricing strategies, and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs Achieve sales targets and KPIs while expanding market share within the UAE's competitive foodservice sector Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in

HoReCa food service sales

within the UAE Strong network within the hospitality and catering industry (hotels, restaurants, catering groups) In-depth knowledge of food and beverage products, sales strategies, and customer service best practices Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Valid UAE driving license, car and willingness to travel frequently within the region Fluency in English is required;
