Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
Administer medications, injections, and wound care; monitor vital signs and overall patient conditions.
Educate patients and caregivers on treatment regimens, health maintenance, and emergency preparedness.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
Assess and improve the safety of the home environment.
Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure continuity of care.
Assist with personal care activities including feeding, grooming, and mobility support as needed.
Document care activities and patient progress, reporting to relevant medical staff.
Provide end-of-life care when applicable, managing pain and emotional needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Valid license to practice issued by the Qatar Department of Healthcare Professions (DHP)
Candidates with 2-5 years of continuous hospital experience and no working gap
Primary Source Verification (PSV) report (Dataflow verification of credentials)
Passing certificate of Qatar Prometric licensing exam
DHP Evaluation Done
Professional certifications such as BLS, ILS, or ACLS certificate
Valid QID or Transferable Visa
