Conducting patient assessments, including health history and physical examinations
Creating and implementing personalized care plans
Administering medication and providing wound care as prescribed by physicians
Monitoring patient's vital signs and health conditions, and reporting changes to doctors or family members
Assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
Educating patients and their families about their conditions and teaching appropriate disease management techniques
Communicating with the patient's team of doctors and coordinating care with other health professionals
Documenting patient's health status and care provided in their medical records
Providing emotional support and companionship to patients
Ensuring patient safety and adhering to infection control protocols
