Intelligent Care is actively recruiting for the role of Homecare Business Development Manager for its Dubai Headquarters. Who is our ideal candidate for the role? Our company grows on a rapid pace and its growth is heavily based on the performance of its patient acquisition, patient relations, and nursing operations functions. The ideal candidate is an energetic and modern leader that will reflect our corporate vision and values in our Homecare operations while has the passion to grow within the role and within our organization. The role reports directly into the Managing Director of the Group. The ideal candidate is expected to lead the patient and contracts growth of our Homecare operations while ensuring patient and client relations, working hand-in-hand with our nursing operations team. We are considering profiles with the following qualifications: - Proven 6-8 years? experience in similar role for a licensed Healthcare Services company or within Insurance companies in Dubai, - Tangible track-record in working with Insurance companies, TPAs, corporates and patient case coordinators originating and closing patient acquisitions, - Solid experience in Dubai insurance claims and contract formalities, - Ability to demonstrate a robust network of contacts within hospitals, referring physicians, insurances and HSE management of corporates. - Holder of a clinical license (in Nursing or as a Physician) is an advantage, - Arabic speaker is a plus. What are the topics that the candidate will address along with the Business Development team? 1. Insurance Relationship Management ? liaise with case coordinators in insurances and TPA to obtain patient referral leads, update empanelment status and expand business relationship, 2. Patient leads origination ? originate patient referral leads from hospitals and referring physicians, establish and demonstrate an active network of referrals, 3. Patient relations ? maintain direct contract with the family / patient and engage nursing operations teams to execute on patient care, cater all patient / family queries, 4. Marketing initiatives ? develop the online and offline tools and processes for the origination of direct queries, 5. Pricing and services strategy ? own our contractual agreements, update them when necessary, design pricing for all our services, present to the direct manager pricing strategies, 6. Market Research - continuous research on market trends and competitors positioning and, 7. Partnerships ? introduce, negotiate, engage and close key strategic partnerships with referring hospitals, B2B contacts and corporates, What do we offer?
