Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain customer complaint logs to drive service improvements
  • Monitor competitor activity and market standards to enhance customer service visibility
  • Manage the Home Delivery Area for maximum space utilization and faster delivery timelines
  • Ensure all essential delivery and loading equipment is maintained and functional
  • Direct Customer Service Assistants to support efficient delivery, assembly, and customer satisfaction
  • Optimize job allocation to reduce lead times and improve workflow with other departments
  • Maintain strong service quality standards with third-party suppliers, including periodic customer home visits
  • Implement safety policies for loading bay areas, including fire protection requirements
  • Protect assets and prevent losses through strong operational controls
  • Review daily and monthly KPIs, analyze performance, and execute corrective actions
  • Identify cost-saving initiatives and improve the overall customer experience
  • Conduct MIS reporting, troubleshooting, and performance tracking
  • Roll out last-mile operations at new locations as the business expands
  • Collaborate with EIT teams to apply best practices and enhance operational systems
  • Support store duty management to ensure efficient staffing and workflow
