Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards.
• Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy.
• Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements.
• Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately.
• Maintain strict adherence to all safety, handling, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Represent Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle with courtesy, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times.
• Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.

Candidate Requirements

• High school certificate or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation - ideally within the luxury furniture or home decor sector.
• Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English.
• Excellent physical fitness, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Team player with a professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.
