Job Overview:

is actively seeking skilled Home Care Nurses, Nursing Assistants, and Caregivers. We welcome applicants fluent in

Tagalog

who have experience in specialized areas such as autism care, PEG tube management, stroke rehabilitation, suctioning, and assistance for bedridden patients.

DHA certification is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

- Personalized Patient Care:

Deliver tailored healthcare solutions to patients with diverse needs, ensuring their comfort and dignity.

Daily Living Assistance: Help with essential daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.

Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs to provide comprehensive care.

Collaboration: Work alongside healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans.

- Documentation:

Maintain accurate patient records to ensure quality and continuity of care.

- Emotional Support:

Offer companionship and emotional encouragement to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families.

- Safe Environment:

Uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming environment that prioritizes patient wellbeing.

Qualifications:

- Licensing:

Valid nursing license or relevant certification.

- CPR and First Aid Certification:

Required for all candidates.

- Experience:

Previous background in home care or related healthcare fields is highly preferred.

- Communication Skills:

Proficiency in

Tagalog

and basic

Arabic

is preferred for effective client interaction.

- Specialized Experience:

Familiarity with caring for individuals with autism, managing PEG tubes, and supporting bedridden patients is a significant advantage.

- DHA Certification:

Strongly preferred.

- Teamwork:

Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative team environment.

- Compassionate Character:

A genuine desire to support and assist individuals in their homes.
