Job Description
Job Purpose: To provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care that promotes recovery, comfort, and independence, in accordance with the standards of the Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) and the organization's policies. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care at home, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing procedures. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and family members about disease management, medication use, diet, and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate with physicians, physiotherapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and nursing reports in accordance with regulatory and facility standards. Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or emergencies promptly. Ensure infection control practices and safety protocols are followed at all times. Support patients in achieving optimal physical, emotional, and social well-being. Provide palliative and post-operative care as needed. Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments to maintain clinical skills and QCHP licensing requirements.

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
