This role involves assessing patient health, creating care plans, administering medications. Also should be able to address all the caregivers concerns and make appropriate adjustments to the patients in-home management plan.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- A DHA License is preferable but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift and move patients or equipment as needed.
- Capability to perform physical tasks, such as bending, standing, and walking, for extended periods.
- Ability to handle potentially hazardous materials and situations safely.
- Proven experience as a Nurse in a home care setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
