Job description Duties
- Look after an elderly bedridden patient in the hospital on a rotation basis
- Assess the physical and emotional needs of each patient
- Administer medications
- Assist with feedings
- Monitor patient vitals and take blood pressure readings
- Assist with other total nursing care duties
- Complete patient care documentation and other paperwork
- Make independent clinical decisions when necessary
- Begin treatment and monitor doses
- Respond to a medical emergency and alert the appropriate Doctors as needed
- Care for patient needs throughout their recovery
- Create and implement effective care plans
- ICU: 1 year (Preferred)
- Old Age patient handling: 1 year (Preferred)
- Bedridden Patient: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
