We are looking for a qualified and compassionate DHA-registered (or DHA-eligible) Registered Nurse to provide home-care nursing services to patients across Dubai. The nurse will deliver professional clinical care, monitor patient health, and support families in managing ongoing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care at patients' homes including medication administration, wound care, IV/infusion management, nebulization, and vital-sign monitoring.
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, mobility, feeding, and basic support.
Monitor patient conditions, identify changes, and report critical observations to the supervising doctor or medical team.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and care plans.
Implement and follow treatment plans as directed by physicians.
Educate patients and family members on post-treatment care, medication use, and hygiene practices.
Follow infection-control standards, safety procedures, and home-care protocols.
Respond effectively in emergency situations and ensure patient safety at all times.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent).
Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter (mandatory).
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in hospital or home-care settings.
Strong clinical skills in wound care, medication management, and patient monitoring.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel to different locations in Dubai.
Working Conditions
