Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Provide

daily care and supervision

for newborns and mothers at home. Support mothers with

feeding, bathing, diapering, and sleep routines

. Monitor the

health and comfort

of both mother and baby. Educate and guide parents on

infant care, hygiene, and postnatal recovery

. Observe and report any changes in the baby's condition. Maintain

clean, safe, and organized

surroundings for newborn care. Provide

emotional support

and reassurance to new mothers.

Qualifications and Experience:



Diploma or Certificate in

Nursing or Midwifery

(no license required) Minimum

2-3 years of hands-on experience

in

newborn and postnatal care

Strong knowledge of

infant feeding, hygiene, and safety

Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy personality Ability to work

independently in a homecare setting

Good communication skills in

English


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* Newborn homecare: 1 year (Required)
