Home Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to patients in their home environment.
Coordinate with physicians, family members, and healthcare providers.
Ensure infection control, safety measures, and adherence to clinical protocols.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with valid QCHP License or Eligibility.
Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience .
