Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
Valid DOH/HAAD license or eligibility
Previous experience in home care is preferred
Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and patient-care abilities
Compassionate, reliable, and professional in delivering home-based nursing services

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
Administer medications, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and overall patient assessment
Coordinate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain proper documentation and ensure patient safety at all times
Deliver patient and family education when required
