ob Vacancy: Registered Nurse - Home Care

Requirements:



Valid

DOH (HAAD) License

or Eligibility.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution.

Minimum

2 years of nursing experience

(home care experience preferred).

Strong clinical, communication, and patient care skills.

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Professional, caring, and empathetic approach to patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:



Deliver nursing care to patients in their homes according to care plans.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and manage treatments.

Educate patients and family members on care routines and health management.

Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.

Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control standards.
