Responsibilities:
Provide professional nursing care to patients in home settings in compliance with DOH regulations.
Monitor, record, and report patients' health conditions and vital signs.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Educate patients and families about health management and post-treatment care.
Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Valid
DOH License
(Abu Dhabi).
Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience
, preferably in homecare or clinical settings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
