We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in the comfort of their homes. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, a patient-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in various home environments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, and mobility assistance -Monitor patient condition and report changes to the physician or supervising medical team -Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques -Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation -Coordinate with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
-BacheloraEUR(TM)s Degree or Diploma in Nursing -Valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) License or Eligibility -Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
