Job Description

We are looking for a Case Coordinator - Bilingual (Arabic & English)

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular staff meetings with the care team.
  • Motivate staff to maintain high standards of patient care.
  • Ensure that every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program.
  • Ensure a balanced workload for every worker in the care team
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the delivery of primary healthcare services, aligning them with national and regional healthcare objectives.
Coordination: Collaborate with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant stakeholders to streamline primary healthcare services. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among different healthcare entities.
Quality Assurance: Monitor and assess the quality of primary healthcare services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and guidelines. Identify areas for improvement and implement quality enhancement initiatives.
Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, including staff, facilities, equipment, and budgets, to optimize primary healthcare operations.
Community Engagement: Work closely with local communities to understand their healthcare needs and preferences. Develop community outreach programs and initiatives to promote health education and preventive care.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze healthcare data to identify trends, gaps in service delivery, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and policy development.
Training and Development: Facilitate training programs for healthcare staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in primary healthcare service delivery.
Policy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of healthcare policies, guidelines, and protocols related to primary healthcare.
Emergency Preparedness: Collaborate with emergency response teams and agencies to ensure that primary healthcare services are adequately prepared for and responsive to emergencies and crises.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on the performance of primary healthcare services, including key performance indicators, achievements, and challenges.
Compliance: Ensure that primary healthcare services adhere to all regulatory requirements, licensing standards, and legal obligations.
Patient Advocacy: Advocate for the rights and needs of patients, ensuring that they receive equitable access to quality primary healthcare services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
  • Healthcare licensure or registration as required by UAE regulations.
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, coordination, or administration.
    Strong knowledge of primary healthcare principles, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in healthcare information systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and diverse healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and systems is a significant advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience as a Case Coordinator / Patient Relations Officer / Clinic supervisor in healthcare facility such as Home care, Hospital, Medical Center, or Clinic.
  • Social Communication & Organizational skills are a must.
  • Leadership qualities are an advantage.
  • Immediately Available.
