Job Description

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in electronic engineering or electrical engineering Proven experience in installing and maintaining home automation systems (experience in similar roles is preferred) Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting smart home devices and systems Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and troubleshoot home automation systems including lighting, HVAC, security, and audio/video systems Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Perform system upgrades and maintenance to ensure optimal performance Provide training and support to clients on how to use their new systems Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and repairs Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in home automation

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with popular home automation platforms such as Control4 etc. Basic programming skills or experience with system integration Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations related to home automation
