We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Sales Supervisor to lead and motivate our sales team in delivering exceptional holiday experiences to clients. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations of the sales team, ensure sales targets are met, and drive excellent customer service. This role is central to maximizing bookings, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting the business growth of our holiday and tour packages.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of holiday sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Ensure individual and team sales targets are met or exceeded.
Manage holiday enquiries and bookings, both online and in-person, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Develop promotional strategies for seasonal campaigns, upselling and cross-selling services such as insurance, excursions, and upgrades.
Monitor and analyze sales trends, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
Handle escalated customer queries or complaints with professionalism and resolve them promptly.
Coordinate with tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other partners to ensure accurate and up-to-date package information.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff.
Maintain compliance with travel industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
